Damar is a chemical, coating, and aerosol manufacturer that is the parent company to many smaller sub-brands and product lines. They wanted to assert a cohesive brand image for all products as one Damar rather than sub-brands, making the Damar brand more accessible and recognizable. This required a versatile brand image to embody the wide breadth of different products they manufacture. Branding needed to be strong and simple to achieve the desired versatility and cohesion.
Damar is moving forward to unite all of their brands and products under one recognizable branding. The consistent element across all these products being the chemistry and chemical aspects behind them all. The emblem emphasizes the important role of chemistry in all their lines and products, while still maintaining an industrial and professional feel.
